The Animal Welfare Leagues pet crematorium offers a sympathetic, professional service for individual pet cremations. The League will collect your animal from either your home or veterinary practice, whilst displaying a high level of care and dignity toward your much-loved pet.
Ashes can be returned to you in an urn of your choice, or you may decide to have the ashes forever placed in our Memorial Wall.
The AWL Memorial Wall is a peaceful and thoughtfully laid out area, providing an appropriate place of remembrance for your companion animal. It is an area that you may visit and dwell in peace on the many happy times shared together.
Our services include:
- Collection of the deceased pet for transportation to the pet crematorium, and delivery of ashes to either a veterinarian service or home, with respect and dignity.
- A guarantee that the ashes returned to the owner will be those of their treasured friend.
- A seven-day turn around period for the return of ashes, to the owner or veterinary clinic.
- Assurance that only trained and understanding Animal Welfare League staff handle the beloved pet throughout the entire service.
- Plaques are available on request.
