You know how cold it is for you in the morning when you get out of a nice warm bed, in your nice warm house? Our cats and dogs feel that cold, too! Only they are feeling it all through the night because they don't yet have a nice warm home to go to.
Each of our animals is given blankets and bedding to snuggle into. To keep our animals warm, we need a LOT of blankets, towels, flannelette sheets, even old windcheaters. The animals all seem to like the knitted or crocheted ones the best.
If you can help with some warmth for our animals, any bedding donations can be dropped off at our Wingfield shelter at 1-19 Cormack Road, Wingfield; or at any of our Thrift shops.
Thank you for you kind hearts, warming our animals.

Flagstaff Hill Primary School decided to collect blankets to donate to the AWL when our Education Officer came to visit. Thank you!
